Roasted Pork Chops and Garlic Green Beans (or Asparagus)
4 Tbsp garlic infused olive oil
4 boneless pork chops
2 cups green beans (or asparagus)
10 garlic cloves, peeled
½ tsp garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large cast iron or ovenproof skillet, coat the pan with 2 Tbsp of garlic infused olive oil. Add the pork chops to the skillet. Then between the pork chops place the green beans and garlic cloves in the skillet.
Drizzle the remaining 2 Tbsp of olive oil over the top of the meat and vegetables. Sprinkle the mixture with the garlic salt. Then sprinkle with the grated and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Bake until cooked through which will be about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
